Job Description

Premier Transportation is a reputable and dynamic trucking company that specializes in providing reliable freight transportation services primarily across the Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States. Known for its dedication to safety, driver satisfaction, and operational excellence, Premier has established itself as a preferred employer for professional truck drivers seeking rewarding careers in the transportation industry. With a culture that values the contributions of its drivers on and off the road, Premier Transportation offers not just a job but a lifestyle where individual efforts are recognized and success is celebrated. The company prides itself on supporting its team by offering late-model equipment, competitive pay, and a variety of schedule options tailored to fit diverse lifestyles and preferences. Premier's operational focus on no-touch freight and regional routes provides drivers with consistent miles and a balanced work-life approach, making it an ideal choice for seasoned CDL holders looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment.

The role on offer is that of a Class A CDL Driver with Premier Transportation, specifically targeting Southeast Regional and Class A CDL Drivers who desire stable, well-compensated employment opportunities. These positions come with multiple advantages including average weekly earnings ranging between $1,400 and $2,000, with variations based on whether drivers opt for company or lease purchase arrangements. Drivers have the opportunity to choose from three schedule options: Southeast Regional (5 days out), Regional Plus (5-7 days out across Southeast and Midwest), and Over The Road (OTR) with 7-10 days out. The company offers mileage pay that varies depending on the schedule selected, encouraging candidates to reach out for more specific information. Candidates must be at least 22 years old, have a valid Class A CDL license, and a minimum of one year of tractor-trailer driving experience.

This role emphasizes a safe and efficient driving experience, supported by modern, late-model trucks, no-touch freight assignments, and routes focused within the Southeast and Midwest regions. Drivers can expect to log an average of 2,500 or more miles weekly, with compensation structures designed to reward safety and longevity, including bonuses for clean inspections, safety, and driver referrals. The company also extends an attractive benefits package encompassing vacation, detention, stop-off, holiday pay, and a comprehensive medical benefits package including dental, health, vision, and life insurance. Additional perks include a $1,000 annual longevity bonus, monthly safety bonuses, and a generous driver referral program. Premier Transportation is also open to discussions about owner-operator and lease purchase opportunities, offering dispatchers and drivers a flexible, entrepreneurial path with earning potential up to $250,000 per year.

Premier values independence and driver choice, reflected in the option to select schedules that best suit individual needs and the company-funded auto liability along with no trailer fees. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious drivers eager to join a supportive, growth-oriented environment where their professional and personal well-being is prioritized. Premier Transportation invites qualified drivers to apply and experience a career path where their commitment is rewarded and their professional development is fostered.
