Salisbury's Pizza is an exciting new restaurant opening this August in Casa Linda Plaza. Founded by hands-on owner-operators, Salisbury's Pizza aims to bring a fresh, quality dining experience to the community. As a new establishment, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant atmosphere where great food and excellent service come together. We currently have openings for the positions of Sous Chef and Restaurant Manager. Both roles offer an impressive opportunity to be part of a brand-new restaurant's growth journey. The Sous Chef will play a critical role by leading kitchen operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in food preparation, and supporting recipe execution and costing. Job Requirements
- open schedule availability
- ability to work 10+ hour shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to learn, receive feedback, teach others, and contribute to systems
- comfortable working with online ordering platforms, spreadsheets, and POS systems, especially Toast
Job Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- solid foundational understanding of cooking techniques
- ability to read and execute well-written recipes from start to finish
- fundamental understanding of recipe costing
- strong communication and guest service skills
- interest in wine and desire to continue learning
- solutions-oriented mindset
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
