Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years in a supervisory experience or sous chef
  • High volume background
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • Catering experience
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred

  • Experience as a sous chef or culinary leader in high-volume settings
  • Proven supervisory or kitchen management expertise
  • Knowledge of restaurant management and menu implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in contract dining settings preferred
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back of house food service operations
  • Mentor and lead culinary and service team members
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage menu planning and execution with creativity and attention to detail
  • Coordinate catering services as required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management to optimize service delivery
