Job Requirements

  • High school education or GED
  • Vocational or post-secondary training in institutional food preparation desired
  • Three to four years of experience in restaurant or institutional cooking as a head cook desired
  • Ability to manage kitchen and dining operations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Baking skills
  • Ability to comply with state and federal health care laws and regulations

Job Duties

  • Control waste and ensure compliance with health regulations
