Communication and collaboration with management and service teams will be essential to effectively address all guest needs and operational requirements. Moreover, you will assist in scheduling, inventory control, and establishing targeted goals to optimize profit, productivity, and team performance.
As the ideal candidate, you bring a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a culinary environment and have a solid understanding of managing teams, preferably within unionized settings governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
