Job Requirements

  • Must be experienced with computers including Microsoft Office Word Excel and Power Point Outlook email and the internet
  • Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs and activities
  • Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable
  • A.S. or equivalent experience

  • Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account

  • Supervise hourly associates and kitchen staff
  • Develop daily menu items and oversee their preparation and garnishment
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
