Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef in organizing, training, and employee management
- Act on behalf of Executive Chef in their absence
- Prepare data for budgets and project annual food, labor, and other costs
- Monitor financial results and take corrective actions
- Create unique dishes and menu items for daily features and specialty events
- Consult with guests on dietary restrictions and palate preferences
