Muckleshoot Casino features multiple food and beverage outlets, each designed to offer unique culinary experiences that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences, making it a leading destination for both locals and visitors alike.

This role is for a Kitchen Supervisor position at Muckleshoot Casino, a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the food preparation and kitchen operations within one or more of the casino's dining outlets. The Kitchen Supervisor plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation that guests expect. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $63,118.64, depending on experience, along with discretionary performance bonuses twice a year. Comprehensive benefits include fully paid medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage for employees, with competitive premiums for dependents. Additional perks include complimentary meals, covered team member parking, employer-paid life insurance, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and options for flexible spending accounts to cover health care expenses. The company also provides paid gaming licenses (Class A and Class B) as part of the employment package.

The Kitchen Supervisor will have the opportunity to contribute significantly by driving menu development and costing, maintaining inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This role demands a candidate with strong kitchen management experience, a deep understanding of food preparation and quality standards, and the leadership capabilities to motivate and develop a team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of kitchen experience, with two years in a supervisory or management role, along with pertinent certifications such as a valid WA State Health Card or Food Handlers permit and the ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.

Working at Muckleshoot Casino means joining a team that values respect, integrity, and community. This role is perfect for an experienced kitchen leader looking to thrive in a dynamic environment where culinary excellence and guest satisfaction are top priorities. The successful candidate will support the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino while advancing their career in a supportive and rewarding setting.
