The Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising culinary staff, managing food production schedules, ensuring compliance with food safety and dietary regulations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach in daily kitchen operations, problem-solving, and collaboration with other departments to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Employees benefit from a supportive environment that promotes professional growth through education assistance, certification reimbursement, and access to thousands of online courses. Health and wellness are prioritized with onsite medical centers offering wellness visits and sick care, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans that include wellness reimbursements and telemedicine services. Team members enjoy access to paid time off, company-sponsored volunteer hours, and exclusive dining discounts.
