Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Evaluate current needs, past experiences, and forecasted business conditions to allocate resources effectively
- Monitor and evaluate food preparation to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist with development of large party menus with feasibility and cost considerations
- Select, schedule, direct, supervise, train, and develop culinary staff
- Create and determine costs associated with menus and specials
- Develop and maintain recipe cards and specifications for quality control
- Ensure compliance with all department and company rules and regulations
