Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
  • minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage a team effectively
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sous chef or relevant role
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
  • good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
