The position offers a competitive salary starting at $70,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes medical insurance coverage starting at 50% by the employer and increasing to 100% after the first year, dental and vision insurance, a 401K plan with 3% employer matching available after six months, and paid vacation time that grows with tenure. Additionally, bonuses are provided at 90 days and six months of employment, rewarding dedication and commitment to the team.
