The ideal candidate will have a solid background in culinary arts and prior experience in a busy restaurant or resort kitchen.
As a seasonal Sous Chef at Meadowmere Resort, you will contribute to creating an extraordinary dining experience for our guests during the busy summer months. Working closely with the culinary team, you will assist in menu planning, inventory management, and training of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a scenic coastal location, surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of Ogunquit’s tourism season. If you are a motivated culinary professional seeking a part-time seasonal opportunity with an established resort that values quality and guest satisfaction, Meadowmere Resort would love to hear from you.
