Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary or baking and pastry program
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to supervise a team
Availability for full-time or part-time work
Willingness to adapt to changing operational needs

Job Duties

Gain hands-on working experience and develop leadership skills
Maintain a supervisory role in back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
Support changes to menus, operations, and styles of service
Support transitions between major seasonal events
Assist with inventory management, supervising ambassadors, and scheduling
