Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in kitchen preparation and professional cooking
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant kitchen supervisory or management position
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
  • two-year or four-year degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program

  • Two-year or four-year degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program
  • 4+ years of experience in kitchen preparation and professional cooking
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant kitchen supervisory or management position

Job Duties

  • Prepare items according to standard recipes
  • ensure safety and compliance in the kitchen to ensure safe, sanitary food-handling practices
  • manage food production including menu writing and development
  • ordering

  • employee supervision for all Park Room kitchen staff
