- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Adheres to standards of professional appearance, personal cleanliness, and proper uniform
- Displays confidence and a friendly disposition at all times
- Maintains, supports and promotes company culture and philosophies
- Understands and protects the financial assets of the company
- Controls cost and maximizes revenue
- Communicates timely and professionally with business groups
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, employment laws, food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Establishes quality standards for menu items and food production
- Assists in controlling kitchen costs
- Maintains sanitation exceeding health department standards
- Maintains proper security of restaurant personnel and guest property
- Supervises heart of house associates including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
