Job Requirements
- Must have A.S. degree or equivalent experience
- Must have experience in culinary or kitchen management
- Must be experienced with catering operations
- Must be knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation
- Must be proficient with computers including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs
- ServSafe certification highly desirable
