Job Requirements

  • Must have A.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have experience in culinary or kitchen management
  • Must be experienced with catering operations
  • Must be knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation
  • Must be proficient with computers including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable
