Job Requirements
- Prior experience in kitchen leadership role
- High work ethics and self-initiative
- May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to use fine motor skills for keyboarding, typing and writing
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Occasionally required to bend, reach, or carry items
- Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed
- Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials
- Ability to listen and participate in conversations and meetings

Job Duties
- Supervise, guide, and train kitchen associates for quality food production
- Ensure standards related to storage, rotation, production, portions, quality, and appearance are followed
- Complete opening and closing procedures for Station Cooks I, II, and III
- Efficiently expedite food from the front line during meal periods
- Manage inventory of supplies and materials for kitchen associates
- Participate in monthly food and beverage inventory
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
