Job Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining environments or similar high-end culinary settings
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a kitchen or food service operation
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management principles
- Familiarity with banquet service, catering operations, and event food production is highly desirable
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety regulations, and dietary considerations to ensure quality and compliance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team under pressure
- Experience in restaurant management or food service management roles is a plus
