The Omni Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join its culinary team. This key position is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and managing food production to ensure excellence in quality and presentation. The Sous Chef plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef by advising on menu development, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, and leading a team of culinary staff.
