Job Requirements
- Prior experience in kitchen leadership role
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to work in a standard office environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on computer
- Occasional standing and walking
- Frequent use of fine motor skills for typing and office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and carry items occasionally
- Ability to lift or move 10-25 pounds
- Visual ability to read from screens and printed materials
- Ability to participate in conversations and meetings using phone or headset

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in kitchen leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Supervise, guide and train kitchen associates to provide quality food production for restaurants and banquets
- Ensure standards for storage, rotation, production, portions, quality and appearance are followed
- Follow food handling guidelines
- Complete opening and closing procedures for Station Cooks I, II and III
- Expedite food from front line during meal periods
- Ensure inventory of supplies and materials is adequate
- Participate in monthly food and beverage inventory
