Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  • strong knowledge of upscale dining and chef-driven menus
  • experience managing kitchen staff and operations
  • proficiency in inventory and food cost management
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • support the Executive Chef in executing seasonal, chef-driven menus
  • lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and performance
  • manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and safety
  • collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
