Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and adjacent areas
- Plan creative menus to adjust to guest needs
- Oversee food preparation
- Check quality of food deliveries
- Order all food and cleaning supplies and maintain proper supply levels
- Maintain costs within budget
- Manage labor costs, schedules and productivity
- Hire, coach and discipline direct reports
- Interact positively and professionally with guests to resolve issues
- Act as Manager on duty as required
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
