We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team. Job Requirements
- college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- knowledge of various culinary techniques and cuisines
- strong leadership and team motivation skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage kitchen inventory and product procurement
- capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
