Effective communication with service staff during dining functions is also crucial to synchronize efforts and deliver seamless culinary experiences.

This position requires a candidate with a minimum of three years of culinary experience and at least one year managing a team of ten or more employees. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with Stratton Warren/AS400 systems, is essential for handling the administrative aspects of the role. The Sous Chef must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess physical stamina to endure long shifts involving lifting, standing, bending, and working in high-temperature environments.

Offering a competitive annual salary starting at $60,000 with bi-weekly pay periods, the role comes with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, 401(k), and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Caesars Entertainment’s commitment to family-style service fosters an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture, ensuring that team members feel valued and supported.
