Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years cooking experience in a healthcare setting
- ability to work full time or part time schedules including weekends
- capacity to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years cooking experience in a healthcare setting
- experience supervising and training kitchen staff
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and portion control practices
- ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- effective communication and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food following approved recipes and production standards
- ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and counseling
- store food in designated areas following all food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils and clean workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- monitor inventory and deliveries
- track product production, consumption, and waste
- perform other duties as assigned
