Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have Associate degree or equivalent or a minimum of one year related experience and/or training
- Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Must enjoy hosting others
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

- Oversee and direct food preparation including cutting, trimming, cooking, baking, and pastry creation

- Manage fresh inventory rotation and proper storage
- Develop and suggest recipes and products
- Create menus for catering, sales, Grab and Go, and restaurants
- Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in operation of other food and beverage venues
- Handle customer complaints and support customer service programs
- Support and manage standards of excellence among team members
- Adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies
- Manage types of products, materials, supplies, or tools used
- Supervise attendance and time records of team members
- Manage departmental expenses including labor costs and staffing while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Supervise and manage work processes of team members
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide daily feedback
- Administer disciplinary actions as needed
- Protect and preserve company assets
- Understand and adhere to bargaining unit agreements
- Attend training programs and meetings
- Compile information and submit reports
- Follow all company policies and gaming laws
