Job Requirements
- Prior line cook experience required

Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and counseling
- Stores food following corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintains proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures
- Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and relay information
- Demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and communicates them accurately
- Monitors inventory, deliveries, consumption, and waste
- Performs other assigned duties
