Maintaining compliance with corporate, state, and federal food safety regulations is a further key responsibility, alongside managing inventory, monitoring product quality, and waste control.

The position offers an engaging and rewarding work environment with a talented team dedicated to making a positive difference in their community. The job not only requires culinary expertise but also strong leadership and communication skills to interact effectively with both staff and customers. The successful candidate will take pride in creating enjoyable dining experiences while supporting the operational goals of the kitchen.
