Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years line experience at an Oki Property or kitchen lead in a multi-outlet facility
  • Must have current Washington State Health Card
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp, and use arm-hand coordination consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on key objectives
  • Proficient in all stations of line work and short order cooking
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years line experience at an Oki Property or kitchen lead in a multi-outlet facility
  • Possession of current Washington State Health Card

Job Duties

  • Ensure recipes are followed consistently and guests receive dishes made to the same specifications each time
  • Ensure recipe ingredients are checked for quality on a consistent basis
  • Maintain high health and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members both front of house and back of house
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to guests
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA/WISHA regulations for workplace safety
  • Continually improve processes, procedures, and cost control
  • Assist in monthly inventory with less than 1 percent variance
