Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years line experience at an Oki Property or kitchen lead in a multi-outlet facility
- Must have current Washington State Health Card
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp, and use arm-hand coordination consistently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on key objectives
- Proficient in all stations of line work and short order cooking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years line experience at an Oki Property or kitchen lead in a multi-outlet facility
- Possession of current Washington State Health Card
Job Duties
- Ensure recipes are followed consistently and guests receive dishes made to the same specifications each time
- Ensure recipe ingredients are checked for quality on a consistent basis
- Maintain high health and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Maintain effective communication with all team members both front of house and back of house
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to guests
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/WISHA regulations for workplace safety
- Continually improve processes, procedures, and cost control
- Assist in monthly inventory with less than 1 percent variance
