Job Requirements

  • 21 years old
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of prior relevant supervisor experience
  • Previous cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Mentor and train cooks, pre cooks, and support kitchen staff on their job responsibilities
  • Ensure all requisitions are correctly processed and placed in the designated areas
  • Label and date all products to maintain safekeeping and sanitation
  • Monitor food quality
  • Collaborate with management and service staff to address any guest or employee needs
  • Help with purchasing, receiving, purveyor lists, and inventory management for kitchen items
  • Support the executive chef in establishing goals focused on profit, product quality, and team development
