We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join one of our distinguished restaurants within the Steelhead Hospitality group. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management and operations
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff ensuring high standards of performance
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes maintaining quality and consistency
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with culinary team on menu development and seasonal offerings
  • Train new kitchen staff to uphold the restaurant’s culinary standards
