These well-recognized establishments are known for their commitment to creative cuisine, exceptional service, and an invigorating workplace culture designed to inspire both guests and employees. As an award-winning organization, Hai Hospitality continuously pushes culinary boundaries while honoring the foundations of craftsmanship and tradition. Their specialty lies in creating memorable dining moments through passion, innovation, and a strong focus on quality. Lodging during training is provided, reflecting the group's commitment to supporting its team members. The role of Sous Chef / Executive Sous Chef at Hai Hospitality is pivotal in ensuring the highest culinary standards and fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous learning. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for chefs who are passionate about modern cuisine and eager to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative restaurant group. The role also demands excellent interpersonal skills to constructively mentor team members, celebrate team success, and uphold a strong, professional work ethic. Embracing Hai Hospitality’s vibrant culture means engaging in continuous improvement, leveraging opportunities for career advancement (primarily through internal promotion), and enjoying a workplace that balances hard work with enjoyment. With a competitive and supportive framework that includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401k plan with employer match, mental health resources, and paid vacation, this position offers not just a job, but a career path enriched with opportunity and growth within a supportive and diverse community dedicated to culinary excellence and passionate service.
