The role of Sous Chef at Hilton is a vital position within the culinary team, focused on leading kitchen operations with authority and warmth. As a Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in setting the tone for guest satisfaction by leading culinary teams, managing daily food production and service, and enhancing menu offerings with seasonal and promotional features. Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of kitchen work

Job Duties

  • Foster strong collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling
