Whether you are just starting your career or seeking new challenges, Hilton supports your journey every step of the way with comprehensive training, development programs, and a vibrant workplace culture.

The role of Sous Chef at Hilton Hotels & Resorts is a pivotal position within the culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will take hands-on leadership of daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality culinary standards and delivering memorable dining experiences. This role involves direct oversight of a dedicated culinary team, either focusing on Outlets or Banquets, providing timely coaching and direction that foster teamwork and excellence. Beyond day-to-day kitchen management, the Sous Chef plays a key role in enhancing menu offerings by developing and implementing seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials that delight guests and reflect the brand's culinary vision. Collaboration is another cornerstone of the role, as fostering strong, positive relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams is essential for seamless operation and outstanding guest experiences.

Administrative duties such as inventory management, ordering, and scheduling also fall under the Sous Chef's responsibilities, ensuring that the kitchen operates efficiently and meets business needs. Equally important is upholding regulatory standards relating to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness to maintain the highest levels of team and guest wellbeing.

At Hilton, the role of Sous Chef is more than just a kitchen leader; it is a role that embodies the company’s core values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and an urgent, disciplined focus on the present moment. These values drive the success of Hilton and the career growth of its Team Members, enabling you to inspire others, act with accountability, and make a lasting impact every day.

Hilton offers an extraordinary array of benefits designed to support your wellbeing and work-life balance. Some of these perks include incredible travel discounts through the Go Hilton program, employee stock purchase plans, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits. This investment in Team Members demonstrates Hilton's commitment to a workplace culture where individuals can excel and feel valued.

If you want to join a company that is passionate about hospitality and committed to your personal and professional development, Hilton Hotels & Resorts invites you to embark on a rewarding career journey. Become part of an award-winning culture that not only delivers exceptional guest experiences but also builds a nurturing and inspiring environment for its Team Members.
