The Sous Chef role at Cornerstone at Hampton is an integral part of the Dining team, responsible for enhancing the culinary experience of the residents through high-quality meal preparation and presentation. This full-time position operates Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with rates starting between $24 and $25 per hour, dependent on work experience. The sous chef collaborates closely with the culinary staff to prepare, cook, and plate meals, ensuring all dietary requirements and preferences of the residents are met with care and precision. The role involves active participation in ordering supplies and maintaining efficient kitchen operations to support day-to-day meal services and special events.
