Butler Hospitality is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in managing the Food and Beverage Departments within partner hotels across the United States. Founded in 2017, Butler Hospitality has quickly positioned itself as a leader in the hospitality industry by modernizing traditional service delivery methods through technology and a unique operational model. Utilizing a hub and spoke system, Butler Hospitality efficiently acquires and monetizes hotel rooms through its advanced digital platform, helping hotels enhance guest experiences regardless of brand, management company, or ownership. The company is VC-backed with over 50 million dollars in funding, reflecting strong investor confidence and fueling rapid expansion nationwide. Known for its commitment to quality, Butler Hospitality focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage services that meet the highest standards within the hotel industry. The company's presence in great, conveniently located venues provides the perfect backdrop for culinary professionals eager to contribute and grow their careers within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The role of Sous Chef at Butler Hospitality is a critical position that involves overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining food quality standards across multiple partner hotels. This role demands a highly motivated culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to fostering a culture of excellence. As a Sous Chef, you will report directly to the corporate chef and be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper food storage and product rotation, and cross-training staff to maintain cleanliness and organization at their stations. Additionally, you will consistently execute the company's food standards by collaborating closely with the culinary team. Butler Hospitality offers competitive salary packages including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401k plan match, and flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. Employees benefit from provided meals during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, as well as company-provided culinary uniforms.
