Job Requirements
- Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in fine dining, country club, or corporate dining settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and kitchen management software
- Ability to manage high-volume food production and catering operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe certification preferred
- Flexibility to work evening shifts as required for events

- Flexibility to work evenings as needed for events
Job Duties
- Partner with the Chef Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, food production, and team management
- Assist with planning, developing, and executing daily menus and seasonal culinary programs
- Supervise and coach a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive kitchen culture
- Lead high-volume food preparation and catering execution with a focus on quality and presentation
- Monitor and manage food cost controls and budget expenditures
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory, ordering, and production tracking
- Support the rollout of new culinary initiatives in collaboration with the companys marketing and culinary teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and ServSafe protocols
