Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant culinary experience in banquet or convention settings
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in kitchen management systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume banquet, convention, or restaurant operations
  • Strong background in banquet operations, CBA production, hot line execution, and large-scale event culinary preparation
  • Flexible and dependable with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods

Job Duties

  • Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
  • Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
  • Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
  • Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
  • Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
