Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in banquet, convention, or high-volume kitchen operations
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event culinary preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Passionate culinary leader with 2+ years of experience in high-volume banquet, convention, or restaurant operations
- Strong background in banquet operations, CBA production, hot line execution, and large-scale event culinary preparation
- Flexible and dependable with the ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
- High School Diploma or GED required
Job Duties
- Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
- Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
- Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
- Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
- Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
