Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef or sous chef
  • Experience in luxury hotel or upscale dining establishments
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse kitchen team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory chef role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team operations with hands-on leadership and coaching

  • Provide administrative support including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling
