Job Requirements

- previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
- knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen staff with respect and positivity
- execute the daily Row 34 menu featuring extensive oyster and seafood offerings
- collaborate effectively with the General Manager and Front of House teams
- foster a culture of empathy and service within the kitchen
- evaluate and improve kitchen operations continuously
- support culinary development and uphold kitchen standards
- ensure consistent high-quality food preparation
