The role offers a hands-on leadership experience, allowing the Sous Chef to directly influence food quality and culinary program success. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, controlling food costs, assisting in menu planning and recipe development, leading catering events, supervising staff, and ensuring sanitation standards. This opportunity is ideal for those with culinary arts education or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of food trends, and experience in large-scale food service and catering environments.
