The role of Restaurant Supervisor at PENN Entertainment is a full-time position that allows you to be deeply involved in the company’s vibrant food and beverage operations. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and daily supervision to the restaurant staff, ensuring that operational goals are met with efficiency and enthusiasm. You will manage scheduling, coordinate with management to resolve any concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction remains a top priority. Your responsibilities will include producing menu items according to restaurant standards, maintaining stocked and prepared kitchens, and supporting compliance with departmental budgets. You will assist with cost control methods by monitoring inventory and pars, support administrative duties such as attendance tracking, and uphold strict quality assurance to meet Health Department standards.   • Produce menu items as listed in each restaurant
  • Follow all prep lists and ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets
  • Enthusiastically promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to company standards
  • Address customer service issues as they arise
  • Assist with maintaining cost control methods by monitoring inventory and pars
  • Assist Chef de Cuisine with administrative duties including attendance tracking
  • Maintain quality assurance procedures to meet Health Department and customer service standards
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to management
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
