Job Requirements
- Culinary experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or contract foodservice
- Progressive kitchen or culinary leadership experience
- Catering and high-volume foodservice experience preferred
- Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and food cost controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
- ServSafe certification
- Excellent hospitality and communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef with daily production and culinary execution
- Support menu development and catering operations
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and kitchen standards
- Assist with food cost controls and operational efficiency
- Support multiple outlets including café, coffee bar, catering, and markets
