Job Requirements

  • culinary experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or contract foodservice
  • some progressive kitchen or culinary leadership experience
  • servsafe certification
  • computer literacy including microsoft office and email
  • excellent communication and hospitality skills
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • availability to work monday to friday
  • knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and food cost controls

  • catering and high-volume foodservice experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and food cost controls

Job Duties

  • assist the executive chef with daily production and culinary execution
  • support menu development and catering operations
  • monitor food quality, presentation, and kitchen standards
  • assist with food cost controls and operational efficiency
  • support multiple outlets including cafe, coffee bar, catering, and markets
