  • 2+ years experience as a sous chef preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct food preparation in the kitchen
  • supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations
  • monitor kitchen processes and seize control of issues as they arise
  • assist in menu development and recipe execution
  • coordinate with vendors, employees, and customers
  • enforce health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory and kitchen equipment usage
