Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as sous chef or kitchen supervisor
  • Culinary degree plus 5 years culinary experience
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
  • Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, and loud environments
  • Physical capability for frequent twisting, bending, lifting, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, tasting
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and assist associates
  • Capacity to review and adjust work for quality and errors

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as sous chef or kitchen supervisor
  • Culinary degree plus 5 years of culinary experience
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
