- Manage high-volume food preparation and maintain quality control
- Mentor and train culinary team members to foster growth and development
- Coordinate catering events and ensure flawless execution
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to optimize kitchen performance
