Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef or equivalent role
- culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high end resort restaurant
- strong passion for culinary excellence
- wine knowledge and service skills
- proven ability to develop a team
- knowledge of systems, methods and processes contributing to great execution
- stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
