The Sous Chef role at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is a pivotal leadership position within the culinary team, tasked with delivering world-class culinary experiences that reflect the company’s dedication to quality, creativity, and heartfelt service. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the successful candidate will manage daily kitchen operations, inspire and mentor the culinary staff, and ensure that every dish meets the exacting standards that guests expect from a luxury resort. The Sous Chef will be deeply involved in all aspects of kitchen management, including production oversight, staffing, and maintaining stringent quality controls. Maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations is critical, and the Sous Chef will actively support ongoing menu development with a focus on creativity and seasonal ingredients.   • Uphold food safety sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Support menu development tastings and seasonal offerings with creativity and attention to detail

  • Step into leadership during the Executive Chef's absence ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction
